The safe_mode and open_basedir directives are server wide and cannot/will not be changed.

You will have to get the script writer to give you an alternative setting. If the URL is good, you should not need that setting anyway.

Or on second thought you could've followed the TOS and not linked to illegal full episode downloads of anime on your wordpress folder, had something about "Ninja Saga Hacks" along with a password in plaintext in the ns subfolder, -AND- had a MegaVideo content scraping proxy in the streamrice/m folder.

Just seems like a good thing to remember for next time, cause your account is going away permanently now.
