Unable to access my website in India - http://india3g.co.in/

It this a recurring scenario that I unable to access my website 50% of the time in India through my regular IP and it is accessible using foreign proxies. Is it one of the downsides of free service? Do you have a more consistent DNS that works for all the countries.

Please look in to the issue and please resolve, I have important articles pending publish.

We do not currently block any country from accessing any of our servers, as far as I know (there has been temporary blocks under periods of attacks though).

Not sure if our premium hosting would work better for you, they share the same name servers, but are of course different physical servers and thus IPs to access, which also are less prone to abuse.

We are aware that, at least historically, ISPs in china for instance has blocked access to our servers, for reasons unknown to us but it is reasonable to assume it was caused by content on that server that was abusive, not sure if they still do though, I haven't heard any reports of this recently.

It is possible that sometimes your request for the site is routed through an ISP that have your server (and possibly the other free as well) blocked, but this is pure speculation and guessing from me.

Anna, it is working fine now but I was just wondering what could be the issue as I do not face such issues with my domains' hosting based with Blogger.com and hostbig.com. I faced this once with blogger but that was only with my ISP and Other indian ISPs were working fine with it.
