cron jobs keep getting deleted

everytime i set up a cron job it gets deleted no long after! This has happened 3 times since yesterday! Everything is working fine and then all of a sudden it gets deleted... any idea why?

If cron jobs go off within 5 minutes of each other, they are removed from the system.

So if A runs every ten minutes, 1:00, 1:10, 1:20 etc and B runs on the hour, 2:00, 3:00, they will collide and both be removed.
