i would like to reset my account. ive deleted all my files. :( please help me

I can see your account is still in good working order, you are missing an index page.
If you wish to delete everything, you may delete everything in the public_html folder, but do not delete the folder its self.
Alternatively you can simply re-upload a backup if you have one on hand.
