Oddly, I actually -am- on x10premium. Worked out well for me, but then again I try to follow the terms I agreed to when I signed up for said service. General rule of thumb for me is if I'm signing up for something, read what I'm signing up for, and what restrictions there are.

x10Hosting/x10Premium provides web-based hosting services for people/organizations looking to go public. We do this by allow them to upload web sites that pertain to there hobby/business/etc. We don't provide hosting for people who hotlink images. This is more like a file hosting site, which isn't a web page. You are free to use a VPS for this.
