Prime member got suspended?

hey i got suspension with my hosting account. you say this. I use my website to host images for my products.

Your hosting account with the username is suspended, access to this account has been disabled. The reason for suspension is listed below.

For a small fee, you can upgrade your hosting account to x10Hosting Prime, which will prevent these suspensions from occuring during the duration of the subscription. (I AM ALREADY AN PRIME MEMBER)

so release this suspension. by the way i am leaving this hosting most probably if i do not get it resolved in few hours.

I use these images on my classified advertisements. as i do not host these images on imageshack.us


so it is my personal images hosting for my store products. anything else?

That's what I always say about the terms of service actually:

* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

This would be filed under File Hosting, which is -not- waived by Prime Membership. Prime increases the resource usage limits and removes the inactivity timer, and nothing more.


Edit: Oh, and infracted for the language - this is not a good place to start cussing.

Read the above post in full, as I have explained the reason it's not allowed. As part of the TOS section 6, we cannot provide backups under a zero tolerance suspension.

Remove my domain from addon domain . as it is permanently attached with your server in cpanel.

Hello,

Once an account enters a zero tolerance suspension there is no way to remove it. Any files/databases will be lost, there is no reason to be not in line with the terms of service. You agreed to it when you registered and we don't make any exceptions.

As for the payment, you are free to register another account after the 14 days or more and use the prime account on that hosting user. Prime memberships are non-refundable.

The domain will be released in 14 or more days.

To all i can say i can not post replies as it is disabled by support . because i have good things to say about their rules.

They want to suppress your voice by giving infractions.

one word - do not use 10 premium hosting and also do not use 10x prime.

We are not stealing your domain, you can move it off of our nameservers and it will still work. Yes, we only provide web site hosting, which is the same for x10Premium, it sounds like you are trying to upload images and hotlink them. You could do this off of a VPS.
