What you are implying is that you have another x10hosting account that you have tried to switch the domain name to, but the cPanel will not let you.

You are only allowed one Free Account.

Or that he thinks he has to remove it from cpanel to move it to another host, which he doesn't. For that, he just has to go to wherever he registered the domain and change the nameservers to point to their services. Either one's a possibility at this point.
