Account Suspension

My hosting account has been suspended, I assume for inactivity. I can't seem to find anywhere on my account panel why, or how to go about getting the suspension lifted.

Please note that if your account was suspended for more than 14 days, there's a chance it may have been terminated.

My cPanel username is loddyb2 or loddyb. I can't remember exactly.

Unfortunately, I am unable to find either of those usernames.

When was the last time you were able to successfully access your account? As mentioned earlier, if your account was left suspended for more than 14 days, there's a good chance it may have been automatically deleted (in which case you are free to create a new account).
