CPanel - Database tools not responding

Hi,

I tried to access the database via phpMyAdmin and it didn't redirect. I tried "MySQL Database". It didn't load the whole page as well. It seem like MySQL is not functioning.

I've just tried the steps you tried with my test account on your server, and I can get to phpMyAdmin with no issues. Can you confirm you're still having the issue?
