I have file on the FTP server but i can't acces from the web

at the first time ti-games.elementfx.com not redirect me to ti-games.elementfx.com/index.html after i have try some redirection in the cpanel and after ... anything work .... i cant connect to ti-games.elementfx.com/index.html but all the files are in the server in the "www" folder i really dont understand
now i try to change the main address and a request is in progress i will retry tomorrow

Try clearing your browser cache, cause the page loads both with and without the index.html here - the redirect you've got set up is working, but your browser may have stored the old "not working" version and is displaying that instead.
