Please can I have a response to my last support request

As previous request - you have suspended my account due to copyrighted music hosting
These files were sourced from my own personal (paid-for) music collection.
Can I resolve this by joining?
Can I resolve this by removing the copyrighted files and leaving just our own recorded files?
As mentioned, this site is strictly available only to members of my amateur band (strict named/passwords only). This is not a commercial attempt in any way - indeed we play charity/no fee gigs helping to raise funds for good causes.
So PLEASE unsuspend this site!

I'll repeat the reason why you won't get your account back. In the TOS that you agreed to when you signed up for an account, it says this:

* Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.

Your account will remain permanently suspended for storing copyrighted music.
