500 Internal server error

ok hi
i know that you mainted this in control panel but in forums there is closed topic and there is text that is saying if we have still problems to open support ticket so I'm doing it:
i use joomla and I use seo friendly urls and mod_rewrite but when I visit page from my manu bar it shows me 500 internal server error is it fixed and how to eliminate it (suggestions) and I saw that if site isnt hosted in eng it will be suspended please don't do it with my account because it is for one local paintball club and it will be translated in english in v2 which we plan to launch in may or june the site is www.zjserver.tk (it is dummy domain we will buy .com or .net I don't know jet but we will buy it for sure if site works fine , still it have to be added som text and to transfer some pictures from public pic servers)

Well per the TOS you were supposed to have a translation up when you put the site up about 2 months ago, so I can't fault the suspension reason. In any case, the error from before that you may have seen in news/announcements wasn't about the internal server error 500 code, it was about the pages being flat-out unreachable.

You're still able to be unsuspended, however you would have 48 hours to post a 1:1 translation of all content on-site. If this isn't possible, then sometime in that 48 hours you would want to remove any content that has not been translated. Do you wish to have it unsuspended so you can start on this?



Edit: On the subject of the ISE 500's, that's usually related to either permissions (which I just checked and it's not), or something in the .htaccess trying to do something it shouldn't. I'm not sure how to check -what- that is exactly however.

ok if you want a really story behind all this :
I've made account before 2 months for my blog ludosti.tk and I wasn't happy it and I forgot for account and today I wanted to create a new account and I saw that one is already registered with my email. and I just get in my old account and i changed old primary domain with new one for new site and then after uploading site i read TOS fully and I saw all this and now I tried to edit .httacess file because I saw one ticket that said i should put some line in it so this problem will be fixed , please look in my site logs (logs from my account ) and you will see that this is true and this new site is not mine it is for my friends club and I will contact him what he think can he made it in 48 hours if yes I will post here but pleas dont un-suspend it now if it is possible to stay till tomorrow so we have time (so file stay on account for now ) because it took me whole day to upload it :S

We can wait, but if it stays suspended for 14+ days it's at risk of being erased.

This is the part that's making it difficult for me to understand your side though:

May or June is 2-3 months away. It can't be that hard to find a translator to fix the content when you actually admitted knowing it was against the TOS. We can wait on unsuspending it, but don't forget to get it unsuspended to be fixed either.

v2 isn't just new text it is whole new theme that need to be customized and implemented,
we were at finish of designing site when we get a notice from main club president with message to add also English in site and to customize this theme it also will take long time because I'm busy with school
If you need people who know Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian for approving sites I'm here I can do it I already were in stuff of one free hosting that have been closed for a while because of finance problems any info you need I will give ... I searched whole internet to find good free hosting with smtp for reservation form and contact form and when I find it they suspend my account ugh I'm really disappointing , do you guys know of meaning Open Web and do you ever have supported some part of it because if you suspend sites from countries that arent listed as Hacker , Warez and so countries I really dont know what to say else I'm very disappointed , for exp. see gofreeserve they support croatian and it is same as bosinan and serbian just few words are different but they have vista panel and other not so good things that you have , you need a little bit to get really known here in our region

All we ask is for users to follow the terms they agree to on signup. I can understand being busy with something, however that is no excuse for not following the terms that you agreed to abide by on signup. Open Web is a nice ideal, but we have a legal requirement to make sure our users aren't doing anything illegal. That's difficult to do when it's not in a language we can read, hence the language restriction which has been there since 2005.

I did offer a way to get unsuspended to get a chance to fix it; it's up to you if you want to use that chance or not. There's no use arguing on this however, as it's in the terms you AGREED to when you signed up. We've said it before - if you don't like the terms, don't sign up.
