Account Suspension

Hello, I recently noticed that my free hosting account was suspended because of using nulled software. I did not know exactly what it was when I came across it so I decided to install it to try it out. Didn't know I'd get my account suspended because of it. Is it possible to get my account activated again if the nulled vBulletin is removed from the site? (we decided to use WordPress anyways haha). x10Hosting is probably one of the best hosts out there and I will continue using you guys in the future!

The ZT mentioned in your suspension reason means "zero tolerance". This means no second chances. Your account will remain permanently suspended for nulled/illegally modified software.
