moving to paid account

how do I move current account to a paid account.

I am having trouble also getting emails from you guys. Someone sent me one on the 5 (I know because it is in the support request area, yet I did not get it. In addition I have a php form with automatic emailing to me and it worked until the beginning of this month - now I am not getting any emails.

After you signup for Premium Hosting you will have access to a client area where you can open a ticket and request that staff move your free hosting account to your new premium hosting account.
