    Requesting reactivation

    Greetings x10 representative,

At this moment I am aware that my account has been deactivated due to inactivity.
At this moment I have been back from my long "vacation", and I request the reactivation of my account as I would like to benefit from the exceptional service of x10 hosting.
    Many thanks.

    Kind regards,

    Kunto

    Re: Requesting reactivation

Hello. There doesn't seem to be an account linked to this forum account. What was your cPanel username?

If you were suspended for inactivity for greater than 14 days (meaning 45 days inactive), its very likely that your account was automatically terminated and removed from the system. Please provide your cPanel username so we can check.

If it was indeed deleted, then you are free to create a new account.
    Best regards,
    Brian Yang - TechAirlines
