About LinkBacksbut I was only trying to upgrade wordPress to 3.1 from 3.0.
I tried twice and both times my account was suspended due to high CPU load.
Surely the server can handle this?

It's known that this happens with a wordpress automatic upgrade. Please upgrade manually instead.
