Server error!!

When i open my site's admin
directory(http://search.elementfx.com/admin/main/logIn) This error
occurs please help me

Usually 500 internal server errors are due to mis-configured .htaccess files or php files set to 777.

In this case, your rewrite rule looks iffy and you may need to look over any documentation that the software has. It looks like its caught in a redirect loop, as it redirects from to http://search.elementfx.com/admin/main/index.php, which does not exists so it redirects to http://search.elementfx.com/admin/main/index.php again
