Are you getting Login attempt failed message.Did you try changing your cpanel password.

Thanks for responding. I got it working. I had a co-worker port scan my server IP for vulnerabilities and it blocked our IP for a few hours. I was really impressed with the rock solid security of this hosting site. Thank you x10!
