Please can you reset my account because there is a problem with a parked domain that i created "attic-lab.eu".
A cannot access it at all.

I do not see that domain as parked in your account. Did you remove it?

Also, the only "reset" option we have, is by terminating the account and then you can create a new one, there's no return to default state button anywhere.

Yes i created (attic-lab.eu) and then i removed it.
