When i install my site: www.buxking.net i got this error:

What is this, and how i can fix it?

The php function shell_exec() is disabled in free hosting.

my domain is run corectly if i access the url buxking.net but if i access the url www.buxking.net is not working.
The CNAME is setting fine:
www.buxking.net.
