I know it's the typical IT response but have you tried emptying your temporary Internet files / clearing your cache, and failing that, another browser?
The physics is theoretical but the fun is real.
Had already managed cache (but good reminder) so tried different browser (Firefox). NOW I have an error message that they detected that I've either tried multiple times to set up an account or am using a proxy (whatever that means!). So have NO clue what to do now. I made it as far as setting up an account, but somehow the account from today and the "forum" account are not "linked." So have to actually sign out from one and into another from here on out??
Regardless ... I just need an account. If wasn't my professor pushing this site, I would've moved on by now. Sign up experience (or MULTIPLE ways to sign up for all of these different things!) is very frustrating.
I can only sympathise. If it's saying you have an account registered already but no hosting can you log in using this page http://x10hosting.com/account and your forums details (for logging in here)
I believe you can create a free hosting account there by clicking Hosting at the top.
