I would like to have my account unsuspended. I was helping a friend pentest his site and used the shell to see if he was vulnerable. Sorry for any issues this has caused. Thank you.

Sorry, but unfortunately, shell scripts are strictly prohibited on our servers, regardless of what the purpose of it was. This falls under our Zero Tolerance policy, and therefore is a permanent suspension.
