The reason is inactivity and others who do not know.

There is no hosting linked to your forum username, and ceesar90 is not showing as an account, existing or terminated. Are you sure that's the right username that would've been on your hosting?


And no, you cannot create an image hosting site on x10hosting - read the TOS, it's under File Storage.

The problem is there's not even a termination report for the username ceesar90, which either means it was terminated a really long time ago (unlikely given that I've still found termination reports from january of last year, you signed up in september), nor is there an active account with the cpanel name ceesar90.

Do you know what domain name was under it?

We can't manually create accounts at the moment; if the country is blocked from signups due to abuse, we can't bypass that for now.
