"Domain configured", yet it does not show up

When attempting to add reallylike.co.cc as an add-on domain, I get an error from park wrapper that the domain has already been configured.

Yes, I have submitted it before but it does not show up on my addon domains.

Are you able to manually add it for me or correct the issue?

Please try adding it now. Looks like a previous, failed, attempt added some entries for it on the server, which I have now cleaned up.

I also noticed that a NS lookup does not return any name servers for that domain. Have you configured it to use our name servers? (ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com)

If so they may not be fully propagated and could be the cause for a previously failed attempt

Exactly what I needed, and thanks very much for the swift reply too!

I had already set up my DNS to point to X10's nameservers, so I'm not sure why it didn't come up when you search for it but hey, it works fine so I ain't complaining.

the changes to name servers can take anywhere between a few minutes and 48 hours to propagate all over Internet, during that window some servers may be aware but others not.

Most likely the propagation was not completed when I did the lookup, and the server I checked towards had not yet gotten the new information from the domain registrar, which holds the "master" record for the domain.
