Problem accessing my cPanel and free hosting account

Hi,

I have a free hosting account and it was active till yesterday. I used to access it through cPanel on chopin.x10hosting.com. Today I'm unable to get cPanel login page and more over when i login to my free hosting account, it says you don't have a free hosting account at all!!!.

but my website is working fine, which means data is safe.

Error I'm getting are

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:
An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
You have never had a hosting account.

Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.

If you believe that this is a mistake you may open a support ticket here.

When i tried to open a support ticket it gave me following message

Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news.

There should atleast an intimation of this activity to me. I do not have any notifications too. Please look into this issue as my data is crucial to me.

what is the cPanel username for your account? I can look up what happened. There's no hosting account linked with the forum account you are currently using.

my cPanel username is vamshi23.

That hosting account is linked to a forum account with the same username. You will need to use that account for logging into account panel, and for posting any support requests you may have.

Further more, if you do not use that forum account to login here at the forums at least once every 31 days, the hosting account would be suspended for being inactive, as it is a requirement that you login here regularly, with the linked forum account.
