I'm trying to install a self-hosted HTML form builder program to my free account but I get the following message

Access denied for user 'dazento_zento'@'10.33.248.%' to database 'dazento_machform'

Here's where I'm trying to install the program: http://forms.autoresunidos.x10.mx/installer.php

I'm not trying to access your MySQL databases from an external web server, so I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Can you help?

I took a quick look, you never added the user to the database, which is why it fails.

In cPanel, on the same page as you created the database and the user, at the bottom you have an option to add the user to the database, please add it using relevant privileges (chose all if you don't know which ones are needed).
