Hello,

I am trying to connect a domain I have purchased from 1&1 (www.constant-collective.com) with my new free x10 account (constant.x10.mx). I have changed the nameservers and they are now showing up on a WHOIS. However I am unable to add the domain as a parked domain in cPanel. I receive the error:

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: constant-collective.com is already configured.

I have looked through the forums, and it seems that there are two things to do: wait (I changed the nameservers around 48hrs ago), and contact support. Hopefully I have waited long enough!

any help would be much appreciated,
