Subdomain deletion

I cant erase one subdomain that i have created thees no record on the cpanel domains tab but in the x10hosting.com/control/ page its there my main domain and the subdomain, now i cant see my web site. how can i solve this ?

i dont have error i have the sub domain assign in the Hosting Account Management, but in the cpainel i dont have nothing assigned in the domains tab now i cant access my drupal that i have intaled in my main domain. what i want to do is to have my .com domain assign x10hosting domain that i have by default

There's a trick to getting them deleted, there's no easy option to do that available to staff.
But re-adding the subdomain in cPanel and them removing it again triggers the re-syncing between cPanel and account panel.

That said, other then looking messy, there's usually no problem with them showing in the account panel even after being removed from cPanel.
