Something in the vivid wordpress theme did trigger the suspension, by using code known to be common in proxy scripts. The code is located in functions.php for the theme Vivid, it may be a false positive though.
Perhaps your download source was not the best and safest.
We do not allow proxies on our servers, but it does look like you may have uploaded this unknowingly.

I have deleted the theme and unsuspended your account. If I had left it on there and unsuspended first, chances are you'd have been suspended rather quickly again, as by marking the folder for deletion you'd have triggered the scanners that check files that are "active" (uploaded/downloaded/modified etc)
