Not sure what you mean, databases would be something you handle through phpMyAdmin, using import function to restore a database from a backup.
If you deleted the database you'd have to create a new one, there is currently no database associated with your account, and either make a fresh installation of wordpress or restoring a database backup to the database you just created.
