Friend told me to upload an IPB board so we could practice skinning as we are still waiting for IPB to process our money transfer as we have paid for one. Can I have the IPB removed from the server and carry on using this account for a wordpress I plan to upload?

No, because you broke the TOS by using Warez on our system, and this is a zero tolerance suspension.
If you were still waiting for IPB to process the money transfer, then they have not given you a license to use their software yet, thus it was illegal.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
