Hey guys, sorry if this is in the wrong section but i couldn't find the premium section. about last month my website got hacked(the whole site pretty much got screwed over, for example - CPanel got hacked and everything) now at about this time i want to cancel my current hosting to purchase another hosting plan and get a new domain, and to do so i need to get into my Premium Client area for my website (programmingguild.com) but for some reason my login doesn't work. i also tried "request new password" i entered my email in which i get my invoices in and it says "No client account was found with the email address you entered" which i find is weird. I have reason to believe that the hackers have done something to my account and i don't know what to do. if anyone can help me by either cancelling the hosting or helping get access to my premium area again i would much appreciate it.
