Cannot open my homepage anmore

I'm always getting an error when i open my homepage:

Look for yourself. Please help me. This homepage is really important. The loss of the data would be devastating.

Did you try clearing your browser cache as I suggested?
I am still able to view your website with no difficulties.

no. tried it with IE and firefox. both browsers wont open my website

Maybe try adding a ?foobar to the end of the url you type into the address bar

The page is in english. Only the posted coments are in german

If the content isn't in english, spanish, or french (or have a translation available), the site is violating the TOS, hence why I brought it up. User comments are one thing, but not when the news posts on the front page aren't in one of the TOS allowed languages either.
