You gave him access, he broke the TOS, you got suspended. You will not be unsuspended, PERIOD. Constantly opening new tickets won't help you in this situation either, so stop before the punishments escalate to more than just your hosting account.Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
