You should be logging into ftp with the same credentials as you use for your cPanel account.
Could you please paste the full error given?

After it attempts to login with the account information it said:
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server
I'm using Filezilla and I got to upload images by tomorrow. Any help would be grateful.
Am I doing something wrong or is it the ftp server? It's me, I know it.

just to check, can you login to cPanel (https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083) with the same details?
Do note that the username for ftp/cPanel is NOT the same as you use here at the forums.

Yes, I can. That's what makes it so weird to me. I can log into cPanel with the same account details, but can't sign in to ftp with the same account.Originally Posted by Anna
