Any chance of another mysql database?

Errr. Why not just use table prefixes? You can pretty much put everything in one database if you use prefixes.. (like, wordpress_, forums_, etc.)

Only option to get more database is upgrading to at least Prime Membership.

That said, you can use the same database for more then one script, just make sure they use different prefixes. For instance if you wanted a wordpress and a phpbb forum to use the same database you could for instance prefix one wp_ and the other phpbb_

This is something you can configure at installation time for each script, most even suggests one by default.

Due to our website being small scale a low lack of funds, we can't purchase hosting as of yet, which is why we're on your free!
The current 2 mysql databases do have some usergroups with the same name, so I can't put them into one unfortunately!

What program needs the new database?

Just tell it to name all its tables waldo_xxxx etc.

Just tell it to use one of your databases already in use. Check it with cPanel-->phpMyAdmin and choose a table prefix that does not clash.
