Forum Username Problems

Hey so ive jsut used my account again, ive had my hosting cancelled which is fine. So i signed up for new hosting under my email. Now im trying to make a Forum account. Which i already have for my hosting account which the help says. So it says would you like to swap your other forum account onto this account? So i type in the details and it gives me this error

Sorry, the forum account supplied is currently unavaliable for a swap. The email address under the vBulletin account thewman55 must match the contact email
address under the client account with forum account linked. Please contact support if you need help resolving this error. (EC_MISMATCH)

My emails both match, I have a option to make a new account and i get hit with

The email address stored under the client account is already is use on our forums.

Oh what to do.
