Hi,

I have registerd a .TK domain and configured it to use the x10hosting nameservers,
Now when I want to configure it in cPanel I get the following error:

Error from park wrapper: hlapp.tk is already configured.

I searched every where in cPanel to see WHERE it's allready configured but can't find it anywhere.

That dot.tk domain name is locked on a users account that was suspended on 3/23/11. It appears to have been parked on their account for some time (since january, if I'm to trust the file creation times) which would indicate they are the owner of the domain - since their account is suspended, it's locked on that account and we can't remove it.


Edit: Given that they also have the exact same contents of the hlapp folder on your account, my guess is you ended up creating 2 accounts at one point or another. This isn't allowed, so be glad that one of the two is already suspended or you would have had to pick which one to keep, the other ending up permanently suspended.



This is also a 48 hour warning as your site is not in one of the 3 languages the TOS requires (english, spanish, or french). Get a translation up since you've had 3 months to do so.
