Problem FTP :S

Here I have recently created an account ifpssnc.x10.mx, yet I can not access the FTP.
here is the message:
Connecting to 69.175.121.66:21 ...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message ...
Response: 220 ProFTPD 1.3.3c Server (ProFTPD) [:: ffff: 69.175.121.66]
Command: USER ifpssnc@ifpssnc.x10.mx
Response: 331 Password required for ifpssnc@ifpssnc.x10.mx
Command: PASS ***********
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error
Error: Unable to connect to server

Yet I'm sure I put the correct password, the more I tried several times ..

By cons since CPANEL, I can access the ftp online ..
but I do not agree.

Could you help me?

As I see a password update action through the account panel. Did you tried the new password which you changed in account panel?

Indeed, I updated the password because the FTP problem.
I thought that changing the password, I could be accessed again.
but no, it did not work.
I tried all my passwords but nothing works in FTP (filezilla & smart ftp)
Yet I am sure what I typed .. I can then connect to the CPANEL with the same password .. I do not understand :S

Try to flush dns and try to connect to FTP

Because I saw different IP When I pinged the server. So it is dns issue.
