Keep getting a 404 error

Hi, I'm having some problems with my web. I've uploaded an index.html file into my webroot (public_html) but when I try to access the page I get a 404 error.
Do I have to config. something else before I upload my page?
I've read the tutorials but had no luck.
My URL is jacware.x10.bz
