Only 4 SQL databases after upgrading to a Prime subscription

I just upgraded my account to a Prime membership from a free account.
On this page http://x10hosting.com/forums/payments.php it says you get double databases, email accounts, etc. I didn't get double. I had three, I now only have four. I was really depending on getting six.

EDIT: my cPanel username is djmattyg, if that makes any difference.

Hello. Our current free plan has 2 databases, which is adfree-infinity.

Your were originally on the original adfree plan (before the unmetered disk space/bandwidth), which had 3 databases. Prime Membership's double resources are doubled from the currently offered free plan which is 2 databases --> 4 databases.
