Server not updating and resting!

I just tried to change my server name from http://www.wooflux.x10.mx to http://www.wooflux.co.cc but nothing occurred! And now it has been a month from that modify request and still nothing worked! Also my original server is gone! When I enter any of the two address nothing shows up instead a error message is showed that the site not found! What should I do? Please suggest something soon. Thanks in advance!

I show you have the nameservers for your co.cc domain set to

ns01.x10hosting.com
ns02.x10hosting.com

which is wrong. They should be:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Your main domain is the co.cc name

But can you explain me or give me link on how to set my server prefix back to x10.mx?
