A shell file was found on your account, which any shell files are an instant zero tolerance suspension. More specifically, a known malicious scanner shell file was found that is certainly zero tolerance for not only being a shell file, but for scanning for exploits in the X10Hosting servers. Because of the distinct nature of shell files, there is zero chance of the system being wrong on this matter. However this file came to be on your account is ultimately your responsibility, thus your account will not be unsuspended and will be summarily deleted after about 14 days.

Got there through a public file uploader when I went to confirm it, so it's permanent no matter how you slice it.
