Problems with ftp (password problems)

Hello

I just made my account a few hours ago and everything works fine my domain is rexgaming.co.uk but my problem is I cant get into ftp it wont accpet my password I changed it a few times just in case but it dosent work then on cpanel I made a new ftp account and still no avail look

I am 100% sure the pass is right becuase I can login on cpanel and account managemt with the same pass

Still getting error 530 ? (It is a wrong password/authentication error)

You do have you "cpanel usrname" listed in cpanel >> FTP Accounts >> Account Management, right ?
(Even though it can't be deleted).

Try this once:
Add a temporary ftp user with short and simple password alphabetic characters(fewer the better).

In your browser(yes browser - firefox or chrome)

Enter ftp://ftp.rexgaming.co.uk/ in the url box.
Followed by
username : enter your temporary username (without @ftp.rexgaming.co.uk)
password : enter your temporary username's password.
