Just take a look right now and u'll see, the categories and pages are in the buttom , the white color became black, nothing is in its right place

If that is all that is messed up, you can do this by yourself. It will be easier and quicker for you.
In CPanel, go to the File Manager, navigate to the public_html folder, then "select all" and delete. You will have a clean slate to upload your files to.

I did that, so what to do now? start a new installation with new theme and posts ... or what ?

Yes, reinstall your software and create whatever you'd like!
If you want to look at some new software choices, check out Softaculous in your Cpanel. There are hundreds of different software that can be installed in just a few clicks!
