Addon Domain problem

Hi,

I am trying to add a domain I own from ATBHost, the domain is efxmarket.com and when i try to add it in Cpanel - Addon Domains it says:

Addon Domain Additions

There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details

Error from park wrapper: efxmarket.com is owned by another user.

I already set the nameservers to:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

and also I disabled Registrar Lock, but still can't add it. I know it takes some time after I change the name servers of the domain but I waited more then 10 hours and still nothing, am I dooing something wrogn or it needs more time?

There is another user who already has this domain registered to him. Is it possible you signed up for a new account when your old one was suspended?

No I didn't signed up for a new account. Can you please advise me what can I do in this case?

I will request a staff member evaluate this situation. I have no way of determining who the correct owner is in this instance.
