About LinkBacksim sorry for what i hve done i relased proxie tools on my site and i didnt realise that this was against the rule i am happy to delete them and continue abeying the rules.
is this at all possible?

Suspension flat out says it's permanent, so it's permanent. It's got its own section in the TOS entitled Proxies as well, which also means its permanent.
* Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!

okay wel i understand then.
i am now having issues with my another server provider as they are sayign that the domain name is already register. could you please de-register my sites so that i can get hosting from elsewhere?

Just change the nameservers at your domain registrar. Due to your permanent suspension here, we can not modify your account in any way whatsoever, and your account will delete itself after 14 days or more.
