Parked Domain Error

I cannot add a parked domain (electronicrepaire.co.cc) to my account. cPanel generates the following error:

[Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: electronicrepaire.co.cc is already configured.]

I show that domain is not configured to anyone. I have escalated this ticket to staff attention.
