I ve read the terms of service and it said no illegal scripts, arcade sites limited, no chatrooms too if I remember correctly ?

But am I allowed to host a text based game ?
Ive been working on a trading card game lately with a friend so wed like to know if this is the place where we could test, maintain and update it for the time being.

The intent of these rules is to limit overuse of services. As long as your script is not doing excessive disk reads and writes, SQL queries, too many open processes, or too much CPU usage, you should be fine. I would ask in the http://x10hosting.com/forums/programming-help forum for some good ideas how to minimize your resource usage.
