Can not contact x10.mx supports

Hi there,

As your instructed, I tried to contact x10.mx support team a few days ago so that I can register for new premium account. However, I didnot receive any reply from there.

Please help me to complete registration procedure.

By the way, I drop here my message to support team:

I'm Anh. I'm now using you free hosting service with account named tenkana.x10.mx.
A few days ago I registered for a premium hosting service corresponding my existing domain: tenkana.x10.mx
However, after submitted the form I was not able to receive your validation call.
I did send you a mail to notify about the error a couple days ago but no mail reply.

Please help me to check this problem out, I'd like to see my website works stably with your premium service.
I also send you the error screen by the way, please find in attachment.

Was that sent to support[@]x10premium.com or one of the x10.mx emails, cause the way I read your message you sent it to someone on x10.mx, which isn't the right email for premium.

I sent to support@x10premium.com as you told me to do. But did not receive reply at all.

Of course I provided my fone number when registered but my problem is that the validation call did not come.
So I mailed to support@x10premium.com to ask them to fix it. I did send 2 emails but have no reply.
I will try to register again tomorrow, hope the process will go well.
